The Staffing Process for Locum Work

Here's how the process works:

Call us with your locum work needs.
Give us the specific details of the opportunity, such as job duties, length of the opportunity, work hours, etc.
We send you an agreement.
This simple work agreement allows us to share information about our candidates with you. It also sets the ground rules and expectations between our company and your facility, but does not obligate you to use our services exclusively.
We get to work finding the right candidate for you.
We will share your information with the most ideally matched physicians from our large pool of candidates. Of those who are interested in the opportunity to work for you, we will share their CV and other vital information with you.
We set up a phone interview between you and the candidate.
When you have decided on the best candidate for your needs, we will set up a phone interview to ensure there is a mutually positive rapport and that both parties feel comfortable with the match.
Our external credentialing department gets to work.
Once the decision is finalized, our credentialing department will work closely with the hospital privilege department to complete the necessary credentialing paperwork—quickly and efficiently. Our credentialing department was created to provide streamlined credentialing services. This is an added benefit we provide our clients.
We monitor the progress of the assignment.
We offer 24/7 full service support to both our clients and candidates. If there is a problem or concern for you or the physician, our support team will work through the problem as quickly as possible. In addition, your consultant will be calling you weekly to ensure everything is going smoothly and that all needs and expectations are met.
